BarnHill Vineyards is a relaxed, laid-back country atmosphere where our guests can enjoy great Texas wines and live music. We offer wine for purchase by the glass or bottle in a responsible drinking setting.
Below is general information so that you can make the most out of your BarnHill experience:
Barnhill is a working farm - things stain, stick, bite, etc… Please dress appropriately. If it is wet and soggy you will likely get a bit wet so wear shoes that are for this type of weather. You will love this place because there isn’t anything like it around, so come ready to experience it the BarnHill way!
For event details, please refer to the specific event either in EventBrite or Facebook. Gate opening times may vary. Please refer to your ticket and do not arrive before this time.
Many of our popular live music events sell out quickly. If you have a large group attending, we recommend that one person purchase all the tickets to ensure your entrance to the event.
For live music events, bands will play outside the barn (unless weather in unfavorable, then they will be inside the barn). The barn has tables and chairs. For outside seating, you are welcome to bring your picnic blanket or your favorite folding chair.
For live music events, you must be 21 years of age or older to attend (although ages 16 and up may attend with an adult). Some events are kid-friendly and that will be noted in the event details prior to buying tickets. It is the full responsibility of parents to supervise their children at all times. Children are only allowed inside the barn or outside near the barn and not unsupervised at any time as this is a working farm.
No Outside Alcohol- TABC prohibits beer or any other alcohol besides wine on this property during our events.
This is a non-smoking/non vaping property. Please respect this inside or outside the barn.
No carrying guns or any other weapons on this property.
Friendly dogs on leashes are allowed. No barking during LIVE music events please. Owners, please pick up after your doggie.
Coolers are allowed with non-alcoholic drinks and snacks only and will be checked upon arrival before entry into the event. Birthday cakes are also allowed.
One of our Food Truck partners will provide food for purchase at most live music events. See your event ticket for specific details as to which food truck will be on site during your event.
No Refunds
*In case of severe weather on the day of the event, management (owner) will evaluate the weather situation and make a final call no later than 3pm the day of the event. If the event is rescheduled due to severe weather, ticket holder will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a credit to use towards another upcoming event within 3 months of the original event date. If the event is not cancelled, and a ticket holder is a no-show, a transfer or refund will not be issued.
If weather is not severe, but it is raining and you have OUTSIDE SEATING ONLY tickets you can receive a credit to use towards another event within 3 months of the original event date but there are NO refunds. If you have a ticket that is not outside seating only, the event is rain or shine and we will be having a great time in the barn!!
We will do our best to go forward with any event that has been scheduled, but of course, the safety of our ticket holders is of upmost importance.
